Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying on the top floor, I loved the lovely and cozy room with good views over Bath. It was perfect for charging my phone. Although the armchairs were a bit small, the location is great for walking to attractions, and the property offers beautiful views.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with lovely air conditioning. They were clean and had everything we needed, including a balcony and a jacuzzi bath. However, some maintenance is needed. The service was friendly and welcoming, with a nice garden area, breakfast, and free parking. The location was good, with easy access to the town center, but the walk back can be challenging. The dining experience was lovely with a good range of cooked options. The facilities were nice overall.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and had amazing views. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, offering great views of Bath and being just a short walk away from the city center. The dining experience was lovely, and the facilities were fantastic.
The hotel is like a cozy boutique experience with free parking and a lovely shower. The rooms were clean and tidy, fairly quiet, with a separate entrance and a remodeled bathroom, although the view of dumped mattresses was off-putting at times. The staff were friendly and helpful, even if they poured the lemonade without asking. The location is convenient, close to the city center and sites, although accessibility might be challenging for some due to steep stairs. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious, freshly cooked meals. Overall, a charming stay with minor room view issue.
The hotel offers exceptional value with lovely, clean rooms and brilliant shower facilities. While it was a little cold at times, the overall experience was very nice and exceptionally clean.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with welcoming staff, though the room size may be disappointing for the price. The location is convenient with easy access to the center, but there were occasional service delays during peak times.
